This has been the subject of a lot of controversy in the county. Most people were happy with the likes of North Wilts DC, Kennett DC etc. Small and local.
Ah well, the superstate marches on. Wiltshire County Council will ultimately disappear anyway when the South West Regional Assembly comes of age.
